Task definition for an ANT task that numerically decreases a property.

 Usage:

   Task declaration in the project:
   
     <taskdef name="decrease" classname="net.uworks.andariel.Decrease" />
   

   Task calling syntax:
    
     <decrease name="name" [value="value"] />
    


   Attributes:
       name            -> The name of the property to decrease
       value           -> The numeric value to decrease (default is 1)


 Crude Example:

     
     <decrease name="counter" value="2" />
